1. Tile Roof Solar Mounting System
Enerack offers a wide range of Tile Roof Hooks suitable for most roof tile types, including Flat, Slate, and Asphalt Shingle tiles. The design incorporates key specifications to reduce inventory costs and is quick and easy to install. The innovative rail connect base support design effectively increases product strength and ensures safe use. Enerack offers a wide variety of roof hooks, providing customers with options. Customisation is available to meet special installation requirements.
2. Tin Roof Solar Mounting System
Enerack tin roof systems are divided into two fixing methods:
Drilling solutions, such as bracket L-feet, hanger bolts, T-type hooks, etc.
Standing seam clamps, direct mounting, with no damage to the roof.
A design that includes major specifications saves you inventory costs and is quick and easy to install. The innovative design of the rail connect base-support can effectively increase product strength and ensure the safety of product use. Enerack offers a wide variety of tin roof brackets, providing customers with options. Customisation is allowed according to customer needs to meet special installation requirements.
3. Tilt Solar Mounting System
The Enerack adjustable tilt system is used for metal and concrete roofs. You can use fixed or adjustable angles, such as 10-15°, 15-30°, and 30-60°, to maximise energy production. All products are pre-assembled before shipment to make installation easy and quick. The unique design of the inner and outer tubes with adjustable joints makes the structure stronger, differentiating it from similar products on the market today and making it widely compatible with standing-seam clamps.
Mini Rail with a 5-degree support base lifts up the height of the solar panel to improve cooling, thus maximising power generation. Simple design, easy to install, and good value.
The Enerack Tripod System is used for metal and concrete roofs. You can adjust the angles to 10-15°, 15-30°, and 30-60° options to maximise energy production. All products are pre-assembled before shipment, making installation easy and quick, saving your labour costs and time. Customised angles are available to meet special installation requirements.
4. E & W Ballasted Solar Mounting System
Enerack E & W Ballasted Systems is suitable for flat roofs. The solar panels face east and west. There is no need to use expansion bolts or chemical bolts on the roof; there is no damage to the roof. The system connects all the panels with the rails as a whole. East-west-facing panels have a great effect on resisting wind loads.
5. Standard Ground Mounting System
Enerack Standard Ground Mounting Systems are suitable for installing medium- or large-scale ground power stations. Each component is maximally pre-assembled, significantly reducing your labour costs and installation time. Customisation is available according to project wind & snow loads, providing economic & effective solutions. The design with Ground Screw results in fast, easy, and cost-efficient installation.
6. U Pile Ground Mounting System
Enerack U-Pile Ground Mounting Systems are suitable for large-scale power station installations. Piling to the ground makes installation faster and lower cost than other methods. Each component is maximally pre-assembled, significantly reducing your labour costs and installation time. Customisation is available according to project wind & snow loads, providing economic & effective solutions.
7. Pole Mounting System
Enerack Pole Mounting Systems offer different angle options of 3, 4, 6, and 8 panels. The simple design is ideal for remote off-grid applications such as water pumps for farms, small residential and commercial systems, etc. It can meet the customer's needs for different angles and power generation. Packed in wooden cases, each is easy to transport and install.
8. Carport Solar Mounting System
