The TOPEnergy Carbon Steel (C-Steel) Mounting System is a heavy-duty, cost-efficient solution designed for mega-scale solar farms and open terrain projects. By utilizing high-quality Carbon Steel (Q235B/Q355), this system offers superior structural strength, making it capable of spanning longer distances and supporting heavier panels compared to standard aluminum systems.

To combat environmental corrosion, all steel components undergo a rigorous Hot-Dip Galvanization process (average thickness ≥ 80μm). This protective layer effectively heals minor scratches (cathodic protection) and guarantees a service life of over 25 years, even in harsh soil conditions.

The system features a C-post design that can be driven directly into the ground (ramming) for rapid deployment, or mounted onto concrete foundations. Its adjustable slope and height design allows for easy alignment on uneven terrain.
