The TOPEnergy Ballasted Mounting System is a lightweight, non-penetrative racking solution designed for flat concrete roofs and membrane roofs (TPO/PVC). By utilizing concrete blocks as ballast, this system eliminates the need for roof penetration, ensuring 100% waterproof integrity for the building.

The system features an aerodynamic design with optional wind deflectors (rear and side plates) that significantly reduce wind uplift. This smart engineering allows for a lower ballast weight, making it suitable for roofs with strict load-bearing limitations.

Built with high-grade Anodized Aluminum (AL6005-T5), the main triangular frames come pre-assembled. Installers simply unfold the frames, position the ballast trays, and place the concrete blocks. This modular design dramatically speeds up project timelines.
