Clenergy Forms Strategic Distribution Partnership with Paxolar

Clenergy has recently signed a strategic distribution partnership with Paxolar GmbH. The partnership aims to expand Clenergy's presence in the German solar PV market, part of its larger strategy to enhance its presence in Europe and other key markets worldwide.
The German solar PV market has been experiencing significant growth in recent years, primarily driven by the country's ambitious energy transition goals. The government's renewable energy targets aim to achieve a 65% share of renewable energy in gross electricity consumption by 2030. The German solar PV market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of over 7% between 2019 and 2028.
The strategic alliance between Clenergy and Paxolar is set to play a vital role in this growth, enabling Clenergy to leverage Paxolar's established distribution network and customer base to enhance its market presence in Germany. This collaboration is expected to provide innovative solar PV solutions to a wider customer base while contributing to the growth of the renewable energy industry in Germany.

As part of the agreement, Paxolar is authorised to sell Clenergy's flagship product line PVezRack? and its RUNNUR sub-brand within Germany through its distribution networks. It covers a wide variety of PVezRack? subcategories ranging from SolarRoof, SolarTerrace, EzTracker?, Clenergy Hollywood to PostMount, the RUNNUR cable management solutions, and other related accessories.

The German Solar Industry Association (BSW) has released figures showing a remarkable 28% increase in solar PV expansion in Germany for 2022. The figures revealed that 7.2 gigawatts (GW) of new installations were added to the grid during this period. The total installed solar PV capacity in Germany by the end of 2022 was 66.5 GW, distributed over 2.65 million individual installations.
